:

43 H!P members (eggs not included) minus 22 Elders and 4 Gatas equals 18 H!P members left.....

Maybe you counted the Gatas members twice?

I actually felt happy hearing this, cos I felt Elder Club was an ugly name. And hoped this was just dissolving the name, and having the elites stand on their own 2 legs like most of them are already doing so well.
And also to have an event to celebrate it. all winners.

The new structure of the H!P Fan Club (FC) has been announced. As of April 2009 the current FC will be divided into four:

A) Hello! Project
B) Morning Musume OG (includes Ongaku Gatas)
C) Matsuura Aya
D) Melon Kinenbi

For Inaba Atsuko, Maeda Yuki, Miyoshi Erika and Okada Yui a special web site will be opened.
