Part 20 Takamina was discharged from the hospital a week later after being fully healed.
“Minami… Where are we going at this time of night?” The ace asks while being blind folded by her girlfriend.
“Don’t worry, we’re almost there.” Takamina chuckled.
“Grrr… this better be good! How much longer is this walk going to be?! My legs are about to fall off!” “Just a bit more, hang on a little longer honey.” “Is this what you call a date? It’s 10 o’clock at night.. I’m tired.” the ace pouted.
“Okay, we’re here” Takamina unfolded the blind off of Acchan’s eyes.
“Now, open your eyes.” “Wowwwwww…Suggoiii ne!” the ace shouted. As she opens her eyes, she realized she was on top of a cliff where she can see the whole city view light up at night, in Tokyo.
“How did you manage find this place Minami?” The ace clings onto the captain tightly.
“I used to come here all the time when I was little, to get away from my problems... I thought I’d share it with you. Now when I’m angry or frustrated…you’d know where to find Me.” she kisses acchan on the forehead.
“I love you Minami” Acchan said with her forhead attached to Takamina’s.
“I love you too..but that’s not all, look over there.” She pointed to a spread blanket/sheet on the ground with a basket full of goodies.
“Oh my god Minami, it’s amazing.” “Come on… lets go sit down” Takamina suggested.
“I brought your favorite food.“ “Kyaaaa, you’re so sweet. No one else knows me like you do.” The ace said.. who couldn’t stop smiling.
“So are you having a good time so far? See it wasn’t that bad was it?” “Hai, I guess it made up for the long walk.” the ace mumbles while chewing with her mouth full.
“You look really cute tonight Atsuko..even when you’re eating.”“Mouu...Minami don’t tease me..” she stopped chewing her food.
“Marry me.” Takamina suddenly said out of the blues… Acchan was shock,she thought she heard wrong so she stared while giving a blank expression. There was a moment of silence between the two lovers.
“Ah..Itt-itaaiii..” Takamina scream while holding onto her own chest…
“What’s wrong!?” the ace panicked.
“Are you okay Minami!?" “I’m going to die.” the captain replied.
“Die? what do you mean die?” Acchan asked ,still panicking like crazy. Takamina finally finishes her sentence.
“I’m going to die if you don’t marry me.” She says pulling out a ring.
“Does this ring look familiar to you Atsuko?” “Oh my god, is that?” “Yes it is…” “The ring that I wanted from New York!? But how’d you know? Only Miichan knew…” “Well remember how you made fun of me, saying that I was stalking you that day?..actually I was.” Takamina chuckled. Acchan was blushing like there’s no tomorrow.
“Yes, I’ll marry you Takahashi Minami.” Their lips met..embracing one another.
“Your kiss never fails to send chills going down my spine Minami” “What? Did the tsundere princess just finally say something sweet?” Takamina teased.
“Don’t get so used it!” Acchan said jokingly. They both sat there staring out into the city. Acchan who is sitting between the captain’s legs fell soundly asleep in Takamina’s arm.
Tbc...PS. Sorry this part is a little short and boring but oh my god...writing this i think i just developed Diabetes. Too much sweet in this one hahahah.
