Minna! Here is chapter 5! I hope you all like it. Now it is time to share some love with everyone else in the family. Now then let's get started shall we?

Chapter 5
(Day 5)
It was another boring day at school for Minami. She was just sitting at her desk with Atsuko staring out the window when suddenly, Yukirin walked over.
"Hey Takamina Acchan I need your help." she said.
"What is it Yukirin?" Atsuko said.
"It's about Mayuyu. I feel like she's becoming too dependent on me. I need her to learn how to stand on her own two feet."
"What do you mean?"
"Well lately, Mayuyu has been really leaning on me for help with everything. She's practically the daughter I never had. I need her to learn how to do things on her own without me being there for her."
"So what do you suggest we do?"
"Well I have a couple ideas but it maybe difficult."
What Yukirin had in mind was basically trying to get her to do things on her own. Example one was lunch. Mayuyu always relied on Yukirin for her food. This time, Yukirin wasn't going to give her any food and she was going to need Minami and Atsuko's help to make sure Mayuyu doesn't force Yukirin to give in. They sat at the table waiting for Mayuyu to walk over.
"Yuki-mama~"
"What is it Mayuyu?" Yukirin said.
"I'm hungry." Mayuyu said like a little kid.
"Well go get in line and get some food."
"But the line is too long and by the time I get back I won't have enough time to eat."
"I'm sorry Mayuyu but you can't have any of my food today. You're just going to have to buy some on your own."
"But I forgot money."
"Then have Acchan or Takamina buy you something."
"But I want you're cooking! You always cook the best food."
"You mean it?"
"Yeah!"
Mayuyu gave Yukirin that killer cyborg smile that always made Yukirin give in.
"Well alright. Since you said my cooking was the best."
Yukirin pulled out another lunch and handed it to Mayuyu.
"Yay! Thank you Yukirin."
"Yukirin."
Minami and Atsuko looked at her with a disappointed look.
"I can't help it! She has that cute smile that I can't resist!"
Since plan A failed, it's time for plan B. Plan B was to get Mayuyu to do her work on her own. Most of the time she copies off Yukirin even though she is perfectly capable of doing the work herself. It was duting study hall Mayuyu came over to Yukirin with her text book and worksheet.
"Ne Yukirin help me out." Mayuyu said.
"No Mayuyu. The teacher said you can't get help from anyone else." Yukirin said.
"But I don't get any of it! I want you to help me!"
"Get Acchan or Takamina to help you."
"But they don't know any of it."
"Yes we do." Minami said.
"Stay out of it midget." Mayuyu growled.
Minami decided to stay quiet fearing what might happen if she interfered.
"Come on Yukirin just help me a little bit!"
"I said no Mayuyu."
Mayuyu started to cry.
"Wah! Yukirin...hic...doesn't love...hic...me."
"Now Mayuyu don't say that. I do love you."
"No you don't...hic...you won't help me...hic."
"If I help you will you stop crying?"
"Maybe..."
"Alright then I'll help you."
"Yay!"
The tears stopped and a huge grin appeared on Mayuyu's face. Atsuko leaned towards Minami and said,
"She played her like a fool."
"Tell me about it."
Plan B failed so now it's time for the final plan C. Plan C was going to have a couple kids gang up on Mayuyu and try to attack her. When she cries out for help no one will come and save her so she's on her own. To make the plan real, Yukirin got actual thugs to gang up on Mayuyu. She was walking in the court yard when they approached Mayuyu.
"Hey cutie." one said.
"Heard your looking for someone to play with." another said.
"Why don't you play with us?"
"Go away!" Mayuyu said.
"I don't think so."
One of the thugs tried to grab Mayuyu but she smacked him with a school bag.
"Ahh that hurt! You're gonna pay for that!"
"Yukirin help!"
Two of the guys grabbed Mayuyu and held her down while the other was going at her shirt. Meanwhile to the side, Yukirin, Minami and Atsuko were all watching. Minami saw Yukirin's hands turned to fists and was about to walk over. But then Minami held her back. She knew how much Yukirin wanted to help but if she wanted the plan to work then she would have to leave her.
"Yukirin!"
Mayuyu was crying now and her shirt was half torn. Now the thugs were going after her skirt.
"Yukirin!"
Yukirin herself started to cry a little but she held her place. She wanted Mayuyu to learn how to be brave on her own without her help. The thugs had gotten her skirt off and were now going after her panties. But then there was a loud smack and one of the thugs being shot five feet into the air. Minami looked over and saw an angry cyborg standing in nothing but a bra and panties.
"You wanna play? Fine let's play!"
Mayuyu walked over and grabbed one of the thugs by the hair. Then she started swinging him aroung and around and around. Finally, she realised him and sent him flying over the fence.
"Ah you bit-"
Before he could finish his sentence, Mayuyu punched him in the face knocking out three of his teeth. Then she kicked him in the privates and elbowed his face as he came down. As for the third one, he pissed himself as Mayuyu came over and grabbed him by the collar. She leaned back and then head butted him so hard that Minami thought she heard a loud crack.
"Mayuyu!"
Yukirin couldn't hold back any more and ran out to Mayuyu.
"Yukirin!"
The two hugged and Mayuyu started sobbing in Yukirin's arms.
"I was so scared!" Mayuyu said.
"I know Mayuyu I know." Yukirin said.
"I called your name but you never came."
"I'm sorry Mayuyu!"
As the two lovers were crying in each other's arms, they didn't even notice one of the thugs get up. He grabbed a stick and was going to whack Mayuyu with it. But then Yukirin stopped him.
"Touch her and you die!"
Yukirin took the stick and whacked the thug in the shin. Then to finish him off, she kicked him right in the gut sending him flying back.
"Yaya! Mamarin is so strong!"
"I'm sorry Mayuyu. I'll never leave you alone like that ever again."
"You promise?"
"I promise."
"Good."
Click!
"Cause now you're never leaving me again."
"Eh?"
Yukirin looked down and saw her left hand handcuffed to Mayuyu.
"Mayuyu!"
"Now you can't leave me!"
"Mou this isn't what I meant!"
Meanwhile, Minami had snuck away to secretly take her medicine. While she was taking her medicine, she didn't notice the figure sneak up behind her.
"Hey!"
"AHH!"
Minami felt her heart jump which wasn't good. She turned around and saw Mariko standing behind her.
"Mariko? What are you doing here?" Minami said.
"I came to check on you." Mariko said.
"Well I was going fine until you showed up and almost gave me a heart attack."
"Sorry I didn't mean to do that. Anyways I have some good news and bad news."
"What's the good news?"
"The good news is, I recently found a friend who maybe able to help you. I messaged her and she said she'd be here in a couple weaks."
"What's the bad news?"
"The bad news is that pace maker is running out of battery power and is going to have to be changed soon. The problem is we don't have any more batteries for it and the next shipment isn't going to be in for another couple days."
"How much longet does it have?"
"About a day in a half I think."
"You think?"
"I don't know. Anyways, when that thing goes out, you have to be very careful until we get you a new one. Got it?"
"Got it."
"Alright then I'll be going then. I just wanted to tell you that. See you later."
As Mariko walked away, Atsuko came over.
"There you are Takamina. I was looking for you." she said.
"Sorry I thought I saw something." Minami lied.
"Oh well come on class is about to start."
"Uh right."
Minami was worried. She was afraid that the pace maker would run out and something bad was going to happen. She could die. Before she was wanting to die but now she's afraid of dying. Minami doesn't know why there's a sudden change but she does know that she has to get the batteries quick before it runs out.
