Hi there again

I'm sorry if it took me a while to update this chapter. I was busy with enrollment back then. Sorry

But any way, I would like thank each and everyone for reading the prologue. It really means a lot and I deeply appreciate it.
For the replies:
@Shinoki I was trying to leave that for the reader's imagination to decide. It was the prologue so I tried to make the readers guess what it is. And just like, I don't like members being killed but this genre is one of my favorites so I decided to give it a try. Thank you for reading
@Elo This event took place before the Budokan concert 2013 so Acchan was now longer in AKB. I may or may not put her in the story but I have a friend who keeps telling me to include her. About the pairings, I'm not sure if I should put a pairing because of it's genre but if I 'did' put a pairing, I'm going to be subtle about it. And thank you for making me feel welcome and thank you for reading
@cisda83 Yeah, it would be perfect for Takamina to display her leadership skill that's why I created this fic. And just like what I said to Elo-san, there's a chance I might include her. Thank you for reading
@kenjoy12 Oh thank you for your support, I really appreciate it

I'll try my best to update soon. Thank you for reading
@bunny_rabbit Just like you, I like zombie genres

I was wondering if there was another zombie genre in this forum and it turns out there is Yey!

. Could you please tell me. Thank you for reading
@K-popJ-popAWESOMENESS It was still unclear what happen to Amina but in this chapter it may shed some light on the situation. Yeah, I was a silent reader since November and I'll try my best to update. Thanks for reading
@AgentBlueBear This chapter and the continuing chapters will explain what happen. And yes, I'll continue this. Thank you for the support and for reading
@Cessy10 I love post-apocalyptic genres that's why my mind gave me an idea for this fic. And about your oshimen, I can't promise you

hahhaha but any way, Thanks for reading

PS: Mag update ka na din. Pangalawa ko na to.
@bimbo At first I was unsure about this because I don't want the members to die but..... I love this genre

hehehe Anyway Thank you for reading
@kurosawa87 Oh thank you for the support. I hope you'll continue on reading. Thank you for reading
@POPCAT Exactly my point hehehe

Chapter 1: All Hell Breaks LooseThe silence in the room is deafening. Apparent fear and confusion can be seen in everyone’s eyes as they keep staring back and forth at their sokantoku and their friend who is now tied up in a chair. They anxiously waits for any reply to what’s going on, but they only get silence as their answer.
It was past midnight when Takahashi finally moved from her spot and went to the door. She locked it and barricades it with chairs and benches. The rest are again stun on the situation as they look at each other, silently asking one another to speak up and ask but no one wants to try.
“I um….I just want to make sure.” Takamina clears her throat as she looks at the scared look from everyone.
“W-W-What’s going on?” Miichan was the first one to stand up to ask. She can feel everyone’s eyes looking at her.
“I….I don’t know how to explain this.” Takamina glanced at Mariko, silently asking for help. Both of them stare at each other. Sayaka noticed this so she went up to Takamina.
“I don’t know what’s happening but all I know is that this is not normal.” Sayaka whispered, not wanting the others to be alarm.
“Maybe you should take a look at this.” Mariko walked up behind as she hears the conversation.
The three of them walked towards the window, ignoring the looks of everyone. Sayaka peeked at the curtain and was surprise. It was way worse to what Takamina and Mariko saw. Outside, not only three of them but a large horde of those
things are roaming aimlessly at the streets of Tokyo.
“You should tell this to them. They have the right to know.” Sayaka said as she closes back the curtains.
“I don’t want them to panic.”
“They still need to know what’s going on. I know it’s hard but we can’t just idly sit by as this happen. They NEED to know.” Sayaka place her hand on Takamina’s shoulder, helping her find courage.
“We’ll support you Takamina.” Mariko nodded. After hearing her friend’s advice, she swallowed the lump in her throat and slowly went up in front.
“E-E-Everyone…..” Takamina slowly started. “…. I know that you’re feeling confuse on what’s going on and just like you, I don’t know the reason why this is happening….. I only knew that….that… it’s not s-safe anymore.”
The room began to fill with murmur as everyone is more confused on what’s happening.
“What do you mean not safe?” Sashi said as she looks at the scared look of Takamina.
“Is this something have to do with Amina?” Mayu added.
“Why can’t we call for help?”
“Can we go home?”
“Can we call the police?”
Questions are now being thrown to the nervous Takamina as she faced them. Her knees are shaking from the pressure she’s in.
“Guys, one at a time. Give her a break.” Sayaka immediately stand besides Takamina, shielding her from the questioning eyes.
“I know that everyone is confused but please, try to understand.” Mariko joined Sayaka as she stands in front of Takamina.
Everyone was quiet again as they looking at the three people in front of them. The atmosphere settle down, making everyone settle down.
“We don’t really know what’s going on and why is this happening and I know what I have to say doesn’t make any sense but please…..believe me.” Takamina felt relieve as she spoke, finally having courage to say what everyone needs to hear. But it was short lived as she imaged again the unimaginable situation.
“I-I want you to look at the window.” Takamina said as he points at the closed curtain. “I want you to see for yourselves what’s going on.”
The members look at each other, waiting for someone to go and look. They feel tense and scared for they will finally know what makes the others anxious. One by one, they step forward and slowly made their way to the window.
The curtain is the only thing that separates them knowing the truth, for beyond the glass lies the most excruciating thing they may have seen. Leading the group, Yuko took hold the end of the curtain, readying herself from what may come.
In a one swift motion, Yuko moved the curtains away as they finally see the dark sky. They looked down and saw those things wander the misty streets. Without warning, they can hear screams of terror from what appears to be someone is trap in the corner while he was being surrounded by
them.
“W-W-What the hell are does
things? Are those people?” Yuko turned around as she asked Takamina. The rest of the group took a long look at the once normal streets.
The streets they walked to everyday, the street they once knew. Maybe it’s already gone.
Their knees began shaking from shock. Their eyes widen in confusion. Their hearts beating fast. Haruna can’t take it anymore as she collapsed to the floor. Without a moment of delay, Mariko went to catch her. Wrapping her arms around the trembling body as she tries to soothe the fallen girl.
“That’s enough.” Sayaka immediately closed the curtain, preventing them from seeing any longer.
They went silent. They keep staring into space with blank looks at their faces. Silence soon filled the entire room.
Seeing her friends, Takamina felt each and everyone is afraid. Afraid what may come next.
“That’s why I want us to stay here for awhile, just until this thing subsides.” Takamina spoke with a small voice, breaking the heavy tension.
“D-Do you t-think this thing will be gone?” Haruna said stuttering while Mariko is patting her back.
“….. I don’t know.” This was the only response Takamina can give. She doesn’t know what happen. They have been in this studio the entire day. It was normal before. How can things change so much in less than a day?
“How about we can contact someone from the outside?” Yuki suddenly asked. The members snapped back to reality from this little idea which prompt them took their phones and start dialing. Most of them tried to call their love ones while other’s tried to call the police.
Takamina slowly fished for her phone from her pocket, wondering if someone would answer. The capacity of this plague is still unknown to them but knowing the sheer truth is something no one would ever accept.
She remembers her mother that’s currently staying with her for a few weeks, thinking that its better if she said no before, then she would be positively sure that she’s safe. They lived in an apartment a few blocks from here which made her more worried than ever.
She dialed her mother’s phone and she waits as the phone kept ringing, silently praying someone would pick it up. And just as the second she would give up, a familiar voice responded to her. It was a voice she would want to hear over and over again and unknowingly, a tear fell from her eye.
“Mom.” Takamina said as stream of tears began falling down, finally relive to know she’s alive.
“Minami, sweetie.”The person in the other lined said with relieve, like a huge spike was remove from her heart.
“Where are you Mom?” Takamina can’t control the tears falling as it stained the hard wood floor. The phone in her hands shakes as she spoke.
“I’m safe dear. The military took us to the evacuation center at the very west side of Tokyo.” As Takamina heard these words, her knees suddenly collapse knowing her mother is now safe.
“They won’t tell us anything on why this happen but they told us that Akihabara is the hot zone. They said that they…..c-can’t g-get the people from there t-to evacuate.” Her mother said in between sobs, worried for her daughter.
“Don’t worry mom, we’re safe….. I’m safe.” Takamina said these encouraging words not only for her mother but also for herself.
“Is that Takamina?” Takamina can hear another woman’s voice in the other line.
“Takamina is that you?” A familiar voice can be heard as she took the phone from her mom.
“H-Hai.” Takamina said.
“Can you put on Sayaka for me?” The woman tries to hold her tears as she ask her.
From the sound of the woman’s voice, it must be Sayaka’s mother. Without thinking, she called Sayaka who is busy dialing her own phone. Takamina motioned her phone to her and she immediately went over.
“H-Hello.” Sayaka said as she holds the phone near her ear, waiting for the other line to speak.
“S-Sayaka.” Her mother burst into tears as she said her name.
“I’m here.” She assured her as she tries to put on a brave face.
“Sayaka, something happen to your brother.” Her mother was trembling as she kept on crying. Sayaka’s eyed went wide, her heart began beating real fast. Her mind telling her that something bad happen but her heart keeps on denying.
“W-W-What happened? Please tell me.” She can’t hold the tears any longer.
“We were heading towards the evacuation center with a group of other people. He was leading us as we run away from them b-but….” It went silent for awhile. The only thing can be heard are distant sobs.
“Mom. Mom. Are you there? Please say something.” She pleaded as she screams at the phone.
“But we got swarm by them as we almost reach the evacuation site. A small girl got pinned down to the ground but your brother save her…. He saved her…. But he got bit in the arm as he shields the little girl.” Sayaka’s mind went blank. Her brother was……gone. He saved the group to safety but he was…..gone. Enormous kinds of pain filled her body, she stand there….unmoved.
“I’m sorry.” These two words woke her up.
“Please don’t say that.” Sayaka said as she shakes her head.
“It’s my fault. It’s all my fault. I should have protected him. I should have done something.”
“Please don’t blame yourself. He saved you but also the other people, especially the small girl.” Sayaka said with conviction, knowing her brother died for a reason.
“How about you? Are you safe?”
“Yeah, we’re all safe.” Sayaka put the phone in speaker so that everyone can hear the situation outside.
“Now mom, tell me what’s going on over there.” The other girls went over to them as they can hear loud gunfire coming from the phone.
“The military is trying to evacuate as much as they can but they can’t reach Akihabara.” This made the members panic as they began asking lots of questions.
“Take everyone NOW.” From out of nowhere, a distant voice from the other line shouted. “Alpha one, take these people on the chopper now.”
“Mom what’s happening?” Sayaka said.
“Let’s move out. Move. Move. Move.” A military soldier shouted from the distance.
“Sayaka, they’re taking us somewhere. Those things are now coming here. They’re-“ She was cut off. The line went dead. It went nothing but static.
“Hello. Mom. Mom!” Sayaka took the phone to her ear as she screams for her mother.
Each and everyone froze and stood still with an unreadable expression. They stare into the nothingness while Sayaka tries to dial again the number but it can no longer be reach.
