CHAPTER 6: EVERYONE BUT YOU« Aah, this is a good morning! » smiled Yuko walking next to Rie.
« Why are you in such a good mood today? » asked Rie, suspicious.
« Dunno, I bet Haruna-chan is gorgeous as always! »
« You're so obsessed with her^^ »
Rino runned toward Rie, the girls stopped.
« I need to go to the principals office right away; I'm late!!! » screamed Rino.
« O-Okay, so, what are you doing here? » asked Rie.
« I don't want to go without this... » she smiled and give Rie a deep kiss on the lips. « See you later! »
The two girls watched this silly girl running away.
« Wow, this was a good kiss...^^ »
Rie blushed, she wasn't really comfortable with this yet.
« How is Rino as a lover? I'm curious! » smirked Yuko.
« You don't have to know that... »
« Really? So I don't have to hear everything you do when you sleep at the flat? Because, it's weird... I'm forced to, and you don't look embarassed. »
Yuko!! »
The squirell bursted into laugh.
« Are we ditching school? Is that what we are doing? »
« Yes, it is. »
Mariko was smirking, sewing a shirt.
« You're all trying to convince everyone you're the dumb ones, so why are you stressed out by one day without school. »
« What? You knew?! »
« Of course... Who do you think you're fooling...^^ »
Miichan looked at Mariko, she seemed really cool, and impressive.
« So, you like to sew huh? »
« Yes, I would like to open my own store one day » she said, very calm.
« Is there anything who can stress you out?^ » asked Miichan, surprised.
« Why would I stress...? I'm here sewing with you, this is a good day » she smiled.
Hopefully Mariko didn't see her, because Miichan was blushing.
Why was she alone this morning... Well, this was too good to be true she guessed.
She was trying hard to seem okay, as always and not concerned but it was really painfull.
Minami came into the class and noticed that Atsuko was here, at her table. She didn't look at her, kept her hood on and sat on her chair at the back of the room. She wasn't in a good mood, but she didn't want to be unpleasant with her friends.
« Cap', could you help me for the science test? » asked Kasai, embarassed.
« Sure, we'll see this tonight, okay? » she smiled kindly.
What if Atsuko had been disappointed because of their night...? After all, she was really angry at her before they made out. Minami had not really thought about it while they were kissing, her mind was all messy, her heart burning and her body numb. She coudln't believe that Atsuko could be into her, maybe it was the shock to know about her mother...
« Takamina, do you want me to do the class tonight? » asked Sayaka, worried.
« No, it's okay, thank you. You know what? Take a break, spend some time with Sae, I can see she likes you. »
« A-Are you sure? » asked Sayaka embarassed, she wasn't used to talk about that with the midget.
« Yes, go for it »
« Thank you very much. »
« Don't be so formal^^ »
The teacher started the lesson, and Minami draw the girl in her sheet. She needed to forget her, do like they never talked, like Atsuko was still thinking it was her fault for her mom. Minami couldn't resist and took a look at the tall girl. She was so beautiful, in the morning light, how could she have sex with such a beauty, and expecting that she would have eat her breakfast with her... Atsuko suddenly looked at Minami, like if she had felt her eyes on her. They briefly stood like that, then Minami realized what was going on and looked away, upset that the tall girl had see her.
Noon, on the rooftop« Don't take all of this, Minami needs to eat selfish! » screamed Yuko to Kasai.
« Go for it, Tomo, I don't feel like eating anyway... » sighed Minami looking at the sky.
« What happened with Acchan, cap'? »
« Nothing. It was a mistake... Don't want to talk about this »
« Rino, could you meet me at the
Chef Restaurant tonight? » asked Rie, blushing.
« Sure, what for? »
« Hm, I work there now, and... I want to show you something... »
« I will be there, honey » she smiled.
Rie looked at her feet, shyly, she was really falling for this girl.
Minami really loved her friends but right now she needed time alone, away from all this. She decided to ditch school, and left the roof. When she quieckly walk into the stairs, she met Atsuko on her way in. The midget froze, she wasn't expecting this at all. The tall girl seemed sad, and embarassed.
« Minami, I wanted to see you... »
« ... »
« I'm sorry for this morning, it's just that... I'm not really myself since I know for my mother, and all of this was... »
« Yeah, don't worry, you don't have to explain. » said Takamina with an harsh tone.
Atsuko looked surprised of such a distance.
« Can you be there after school for practice ? » asked the midget without looking at her.
« S-Sure »
« Good, Sayaka is on the roof, she'll tell you what you need. » she said before leaving.
5.30, danceroom, under the flat« It's great that you're here, Rena-chan » smiled Jurina.
« I don't know if I can do this, but... I want to try. »
« You'll be just fine, I know you're made for this^^ »
Rena was aware that Jurina was a player, well at least, that she had this reputation. Every girl in school was under her charisma, even if they were straight.
« Okay, so help me if I'm wrong, okay ? »
« Sure, I would right behind you... » whispered Jurina in her ears before leaving her.
« So, this is here right ? » smirked Mariko.
« Yup, we sweat a lot here » smiled Miichan. « So, are you ready to impress me ? »
« You're gonna be blind after this ! »
They laughed together, they had became really good friends in just few days, and Miichan was really happy.
« Do you want to see something cool? » she smiled looking at Mariko and Atsuko, who just came in.
« Sure! »
« Okay, come with me! »
Miichan went on the roof of the flat, followed by the two girls. Up there, Minami, Jurina and Yuko were according their instruments.
« What are they doing? » asked Mariko.
« They play, to relax after school. Jurina is the bass, Yuko is the drummer, Jurina the bassist and Minami the guitarist and singer. I can tell, their pretty good » she smiled again.
Atsuko was looking at the band with no expression, but she was curious to see what kind of music they were going to play.
Actually the girls, too focused on their music, didn't noticed their friends up here.
« Okay, I wanna play
Change, is it okay for you? » asked Minami.
« Sure, let's go! »
When they began, Rena was next to Mariko, already smiling at Jurina.
(Please listen to it!)Minami closed her eyes and began to sing while she was playing guitar.

You were in fire...Atsuko felt empty inside, the midget had such an aerian voice, sexy and sexual, it was really surprising. She felt like the captain was coming inside her body, her flesh, to talk to her, whisper her some words, softly but powerfully...

Atsuko felt dizzy, the music was hitting her, like an epiphany. Minami had still eyes closed, she was moving like a dancer, in her world... The tall girl realized that she was really in troubles. This night with Minami had been the best of her life, the midget had been very gentle and hot at the same time. Why did she left at the morning, pretending nothing happened...? She was afraid. Yes, it was a shitty reason but it was true. She had never really thought about love, about sharing time with someone and care about something else than her or her mother. And if Minami wasn't serious, if she just wanted to spend the night with her, or just have fun...? She couldn't ask the cap to be serious already, with her. But it was obvious that everything she wanted was to be with her, be her girlfriend, spend time with her, be a part of her team, make friends with her friends...
When the song ended, Miichan, Mariko and Rena applauded, Minami raised her head and saw Atsuko. She was surprised to see her there, but she didn't show it.
« Are you ready to start the training? » asked the captain like nothing happened.
« Yes! Let's go! »
They met the others in the danceroom and began the practice. During 3 hours, Atsuko's friends learned the steps and the rythm. Mariko and Atsuko were pretty good but Rena was having an hard time following Jurina, who was cheering her up everytime she failed. They were late, it was obvious but they could catch them up if they wanted to.
« Good job today minna, hope you like it, and thank you very much for your time! » said Minami, who has been very concentrated during all the practice.
« So, how was I? » asked Mariko while she was wipping her sweat on her forehead.
« Good, actually, you surprised me^^ » smirked Miichan. It was true, the girl was really good at this.
« I love this, I bet we will win this competition!^^ »
« Rena-chan, I know you're tired and you've suffered from this but I know you can do this, I will be by your side everyday to help you if you want to. » smiled Jurina kindly.
« Thank you » she blushed « I'm sorry for being so bad at this... » she looked at her feet.
« You're so cute! » said Jurina raising Rena's head.
Minami quickly went into her room to get change to go to her job, she was a little late. When she came out to pick up her stuff in the living-room, Atsuko went to see her.
« Can I talk to you? »
« Not now, I have to go to work » said Minami without looking at her.
She ran out of the flat and hurried up to go to work.
Rie was finishing her service when the boss said that she'd have to close the restorant behind her. He was trusting her since she hadn't miss a single day of work, and that every client was loving her.
The restorant was specialized in french food, and since Rie knew that Rino was very curious of it, she had decided to stay after service and feed her some french food tonight.
When she had clean the place and washed the dishes, she heard a knock at the back door.
« Hi » said Rino, smiling when she saw her girlfriend's pretty face.
« Hey, come in! » said Rie very excited about this moment.
« So, this is where you work? It's nice. »
Rie nodded and took the dish of the hoven.
« Sit, and eat! » she smiled.
« Great? What is it?? »
«
Blanquette de veau, it's delicious^^ »
She sat next to Rino, and watched her eat.
« Hmm... This is really good » said Rino eating a bit of it. « Did you do it yourself? »
« No... » blushed Rie. « I can't cook this, but I wanted you to try it »
« I'm so lucky to have you as a girlfriend... » smiled Rino. « You're so cute when you smile, I wish I could make you smile every second of your life. »
She kissed Rie with a smile, happier than ever.
