Chapter 1: Unexpected Meeting

Yuki’s POV

Another tiring day.Sighed.Loads of paper works, school activities and meetings with the council about the upcoming events. I hate  this job! I’m so tired! How do I get this problem. Ah! I remember, and my blood boils at someone who did this to me. Matsui Jurina. My best friend. That puppy…..I want to pinched her puppy ears…..!!!!

Somewhere…

“Achoo!” Matsui Jurinasneezed her cute nose which she earned a giggle from her pretty girls whom she dated that night.

“Are you okay, baby?” Girl 1 asked the handsome girl

“Yeah. I’m fine.” Jurina said and smiled widely or rather a killer smile but deep in her thoughts. Someone is angry with me and this feeling is so familiar. I hope it’s not Yuki-chan or else I’m dead!!!!!!!!!!......

Yuki’s POV

Oh! NO! It’s already late! Mayuyu must be hungry by now! I hurriedly exit to the Council’s office and start to run. After half hour of running, I feel exhausted and start walking. I walked to right path, it is a shortcut but it’s so dark and the lamp post did not help because the bulb itself is blinking. I felt also a cold wind but I ignore it because Mayuyu will be mad, I need to arrive home as soon as possible.

Gekikara POV
It’s dark here so why this human take this path? Is she idiot? Sigh. I smell this filthy monster who wants blood. Their next victim is her. The girl.

Monster’s POV

GRRRRRR…..That human…Smells good…Delicious…We will suck her blood and eat her!!!!

GRRRRRRRR……Yes.. Master…..!!!!!!!!

Yuki’s  POV

As I walked to this dark alley, every seconds passed. I feel my body shaken due to the coldness. I also feel presence of other people but I can’t them. Why is that? With one final step, someone grabbed me by arm.

“kyaa!!!!!” I screamed and struggling. My body feels the cold ground and I widen my eyes at the sight of a m-m-o-n-s-t-e-r?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“No,,!!!!!!!!!!! Let me go!!!” I screamed and shouted but no avail because they are all laughing at me, their eyes are red, their face is so ugly and the structure of their body is so weird. Oh boy, my life will be ended tonight at this monster, I’m so young, I never dated anyone and worst I didn’t find my special someone.

Please. Someone save me, and I will marry you after this!!!!! As the monster’s face is closer inch by inch at my beautiful face, someone grab the monster and throw it far away from my position alerting the others. At first, I thought it’s a Him but I am wrong it’s a girl? Yes. A girl at my age. Her hair is long and dark as raven, she is also tall like a model. She wear black blouse with a green with black color jacket and there is a dragon drawing in the back of it. She also wear a high cut skirt and a boots and last, her left shoulder carrying a long bag and its content is a katana, a shining katana.

“Wow!” That’s all I can say to this girl. I watched fight with grace and full strength. As she slash her sharp blade to the monster like a dance. It’s like a work of art. A deadly art, Indeed.

After a couple of minutes, the deceased body of the monster disappeared like an ash. I just looked at the figure who clean her katana. Her body is filled with blood of that ugly creatures. I didn’t expect her to looked at me. We gazed to each other intensely. No one dare to move but sadly she moved her eyes and spoke.

“Human, are you just stupid?” I am surprised at her beautiful voice but evil words.

“I’m not stupid!” I hissed

“~eh?Really? What do you call this mess? Miss Stupid…” She said with no emotion?

“You know, thank you for saving my life, okay? Just don’t preach me!” I said sarcastically

“I don’t preach you, I’m warning you. That’s all. You better go home before the others find you here…” As she said that, she disappeared in the darkness.

Yuki’s Apartment

“Tadaima!” I said as I closed my eyes and bowed slightly to my other best friend, Watanabe Mayu. I expected her to scold me for being arrived at our place at this late hour but I find her busy in her laptop and she seems so serious.

“Mayu, what’s wrong?” I hesitantly asked her

“Do you meet her?” She asked and I was confused

“Meet her? Who?”

“Gekikara….”

Chapter 2: ...

Gekikara’s POV

As I step to the not-so-tidy or rather a mess apartment, “It’s unusual for to be late this hour, Gekikara-sama” George says to me while placing a yellow bottles in the table.

“Not your business” I said in irritated tone

“I guess so, Sorry. Please terminate the monster in that school so we can move on to another mission to find your real enemy” As George said that, he silently exit in my dark room

Yuki’s Apartment

“What?!” I asked her while my face is kind of funny reactions

“Her name is Gekikara. The one who save you from bunch of monster a while ago” Mayu said without a hint of emotion rather an angry one. I can tell it from her eyes

“H-How did you know it even though you’re not there!” I asked her furiously. This is becoming creepy

“I don’t call myself for being your best friend for nothing, get it?” [Mayu’s thought: Because I know you since you were born in this cruel world]

“Yeah…I get it..” I lazily answered and sit at the couch. My body is sore, my head hurts like hell. I am VERY T—I-R-E-D!

After some minutes…

“Are you that stupid?” Mayu said brutally and I widen my eyes, that question is very familiar to me

“W-wait! I’m not stupid! And I didn’t do anything!” I protest to Mayu

“Yes, you did…..” Mayu said coldly that seems odd

“then, what is it?” I asked her but my feelings says that I did something wrong

“You made a promise to that girl!!!” Mayu shouted making me flinched and she seems angry. This is the first time I saw her that furious and bursting like this

“I don’t make a pro----“ I didn’t continue when I remember what I say before the monster can eat me

“Does it count?” I asked her wile biting my lips nervously

“Unfortunately, yes and you should stick it otherwise you will die or worse eaten by a monster” Mayu creepily says and I slapped her in the arm

“That hurts, you know?” Mayu says and pout. If she pout like that, I can’t restraint myself on hugging her

+Hugging Mayu to death + Smiling Yuki+

“I Can’t breathe!” Mayu said but I saw her smiling like a happy child which is weird. Mayu doesn’t smile to anyone including me

“Oh Sorry, back to the topic. Why did you say a while ago? I mean the promise part?” I asked her while nudging her arm

“Never mind. You probably not understand it” Mayu said with annoying grin

“What do you mean by that?!” I said and ready to capture the cute mouse

“Relax, Yuki-chan. I don’t want to offend you but it’s a long explanation for YOU. It’s better if I explain it tomorrow, okay?” Mayu said with a bit smile on her face which I calm down

“~okay but you should carry me in my bed…..” I lazily said and yawn and the next thing is Mayu lift me in a bridal way.

Gekikara’s Apartment

After George left, I sat on my bed. Usually, I didn’t sleep but right now, I feel tired of walking, killing and walking. But something good happen though. I met a beautiful girl but I down her because I didn’t know what to say.

I smile at her funny but cute reaction at the dangerous situation. She even promise to marry who were saving her and I am looking forward to it.

It’s a been 200 years, I smile and felt calm at the same time after she died and losts all my hopes and dreams. Anyway, she resemble a lot you, Black. I chuckle, I think she is your reincarnation. The only difference between the two of you is reaction, she have a somewhat funny expression while you is serious and calm at any situation but still pretty in my sight and have a pure heart. After murmuring this words, I fell asleep.

Mayu’s POV


Why did you return, Rena? What’s your purpose? If your purpose is getting Yuki from me, I will not allowed it. You did it in the past, taking the one I love but this time I will fight for it.
