Never Back Down - 4/10

It's essentially The Karate Kid but it's in high school and it's with UFC fighting. The pretty boy protaganist goes through some hardships and undergoes training to become stronger, the antagonist is a spoilt, narcassitc bully but obviously has some daddy issues. Protaganist has a nerd as a best friend to show the audience that hey, it's what's inside that counts right? Meets pretty girl. Bully gets on his nerves. Protaganist trains in a gym with a foreign instructor. Cue training montage. Does well, makes a name for himself. Bully gets jealous. Takes it out on his friend. An upcoming tournament is being held. Hell I'll let you figure out the rest and you'll be pretty much spot on.

I saw Splice.

Interesting premise for a horror flick. I don't know if I would even say it had any horror, more just a uneasy feeling through the movie but I definitely enjoyed it.

... got what i expected. 3d was kinda cool, since it was actually filmed for 3d and not that post 3d garbage.

Girl has a yummy body though.

Eclipse Director Likely to Helm the New Wolverine Movie

Truly, a geeky Sophie's Choice.

Watched Sky High last night.
Not exactly what I was expecting from the description.
I liked the swordplay and the whole look of the movie.

Finished playing Resident Evil 4. So I went and watched all of Romero's "Dead" movies, remakes and the 3 "Evil Dead" movies.

The zombies of this generation sure run fast. we're like so doomed.
