Part 22 “Can you please spend a night? Pretty please with a cherry on top!” the ace begged her girlfriend while holding onto her back with her chin on her shoulders. “Well, Okay.. But only because you rarely call me pretty.” Takamina starts to batter her eyelash. “Ew, don’t do that.. it’s not cute” Acchan laughed. “Hey!! You only want to be sweet when you want something huh? Fine then, you’re sleeping alone tonight!” “No! noooo! I was just kidding, please stay!” the ace stomps her feet and whine. “Aww you’re so cute when you act like a child” Takamina patted her girlfriends head. “I’ll stay in one condition” “what is it?” “If you promise to love me forever.” Takamina grins. “Of course I will.” Acchan replies trying to hide her blushing face by turning away. As soon as they walk through the door, the aces parents greeted them. “Ohayo,Takamina-san.” “Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Maeda” she greeted them back. “Oh, please just call us Mom and Dad.” Her father suggested. “M-mo-mom and Dad?” her eyes widened “Yes, why not? You’re just like a daughter to us now.” They smile reluctantly, not knowing that their daughter is in a forbidden relationship. Acchan was happy to hear such comments, but Takamina on the other hand was nervous. “Well it’s getting late; we should go to bed now. Good night mom, good night dad!” Acchan snatches Takamina’s hand and dashes up the stairs trying to avoid the awkward moment. “That was scary..for a second I thought they knew about us.” “Yeah it was, well we have a big day tomorrow so we should get some rest.” “Uhn…”
While lying in bed, Takamina lied on Acchan’s chest using it as a pillow rest. Just when she was about to fall peacefully asleep, Acchan opens her mouth. “Ne, Minami..” “Hmm?” she answered tiredly. “I’m scared. Do you think the world will ever accept us?” After hearing that question, Takamina got up and looked into her eyes. “I don’t know. But as long as I’m with you, nothing else matters.” She holds onto her hands. Acchan’s worry instantly went away just by hearing those few words. “I love you Minami.” “Uhn..” The captain answers. “Aren’t you going to say it back?” Acchan pouted. “Even If I say I love you a thousand times, it would never be enough.” Takamina gently remove Acchan’s bangs out of the way and kisses her girlfriend on the forehead. “I’m glad I have you in my life.” Acchan smiled.”Ehh one more question before you sleep though.” “Hmm?” “Who is going to be our bridesmaid?” “How about I pick two and you pick two.” Takamina suggested. “Okay then I choose Miichan and Mariko.” “Eh, why Miichan?” “Why not?” “I just think it would be weird because she used to like you…who know maybe she still does.” “Are you jealous?” Acchan teases. “Of course not! Look who’s in bed with you right now.” Takamina smirks. “So who do you pick?” “Uh.. Haruna and Yuko. By the way I will be the one wearing the dress; I always wanted to know what it feels like.” Takamina snickered. “What!! Not fair..I want to wear the dress!!” “I think a tuxedo suits you more since you’re taller Atsuko.” “But I’m not the guyish one here!”Acchan laughed. “Ha ha funny!” Takamina frowns. “Fine..how about we both wear a dress.” “Okay, but you do know marriage means graduation right?” “I know..there’s nothing in this world I want more than marrying the person I love.” Acchan pokes Takamina’s in the nose. Takamina blushes. “Now I can sleep well tonight.”
Next morning the alarm went off. Takamina wakes up; she stretches her arms out accidentally punching her girlfriend in the face. “Ah gomen gomen, I didn’t mean to hit you in the face.” She rubs Acchan’s face making sure it feels better. “Eh..this person. I hit her face and she still didn’t even wake up.” Takamina thought. “What a heavy sleeper, she sleeps just like a dead person hahahaha.” Takamina stares at her sleeping beauty, she couldn’t help but smile. She wondered what the ace is dreaming about since there was a smile across her sleeping face.” Takamina smiled and moved closer to hear her breathe. “I don’t want this moment to ever end.” she thought. “HOLY our concert practice is today, I got to wake her up now but how…” Suddenly a light bulb appears on top of her head. Takamina begins kissing her girlfriend everywhere in the face. *peck,peck,peck,peck,peck* “I’m up, I’m up” she shouted and giggled. “Is this how you’re going to wake me up every time Minami?” “Mhmm!” “Oh god I should escape now before I get stuck with you.” The ace joked. “Be quiet!” she tickles her girlfriend ( playing and rolling all over the bed). “Stop!” Acchan yells in ticklish pain. “Acchan! Takamina-san! Breakfast is ready” her father shouted. Thinking they didn’t hear him, he walked up the stairs and heard giggling. The door was a little crept open, as he looks inside, he seen something he should not have seen.“Stop! Hahha please stop” “I’ll stop if you give me a kiss” Takamina demanded. Acchan blushes. “Fine! There!” She kisses Takamina really fast. “That’s it? I want a longer one.” She smirks. “Okay.” Takamina let loose and Acchan took the chance to push her off and runs into the bathroom. Catch me if you can!” She sticks out her tongue.
