Although the memories of the prior night were rather enjoyable, the wonky eyed teen started to mentally panic slightly.
What if this was a one night thing!? What if Tsunku finds out!? What if my mom finds out!? And Yuko wouldn’t let me live it down…And what if that was all a dream? Oh my gahh!!! What if NACCHI finds out!?
Reina felt Maki move slightly, and turned to see if the soloist was awake. As soon as she faced Maki, she was greeted with a kiss and all of Reina’s mental panicking vanished as she kissed the other back.
“G’morning.” Maki said with a smile as she sat up, scanning the room for her clothes, which were scattered across the floor.
“Very good mornin’.” Reina said, returning the smile as she too sat up, both of them blushing horribly.
Damn…This isn’t a time for me to be all shy… The two thought in unison.
Neither of them had much more to think, or say, before that familiar FLAME song started to play from somewhere in the room. “Ugh…” Reina groaned slightly, reaching for her cell phone that was on the floor next to the bed.
“’Ello?” Reina said sleepily into the phone. “What do you mean where am I?” she asked, raising an eyebrow. “What!? We have filming today? Yeah, I’ll be there soon. I’m very sorry.” she hung up the phone, pretty much falling out of the bed while she started to gather her clothes quickly, pulling them on.
Maki also started to get up, grabbing her own clothes and putting them on. “You’re not going in those, are you?” she asked as Reina picked up her bloodstained jeans. “And your shirt is just as bad.”
“Umm…” Reina scratched the back of her head, laughing lightly.
“You can borrow some of my clothes.” Maki said with a small laugh, opening her dresser. “I’m sorry I made you late.”
“It’s not your fault.” Reina said with a smile, “Apparently everyone found out around six this morning. Last minute things, of course.”
Maki nodded, and tossed Reina a t-shirt and jeans. The shirt was a bit baggy on her in certain areas, and the jeans a bit too long on her legs, but overall everything fit okay.
“Thank you very much.” Reina said as she was pulling on her shoes. “I owe you a lot.”
“Don’t worry about it.” Maki smiled, walking over to Reina. “Mind if I walk you there?”
Reina laughed, “It’ll be more like a run, but I‘d be more than happy if you did.”
Maki pulled on her shoes as well, and they started to jog as they talked.
“Umm…So about last night.” Reina finally brought herself to bring up. “Should we keep this whole thing about us a secret?”
Maki thought for a moment, “Well, I personally wouldn’t like to keep it a secret, but we could get into trouble with Tsunku.”
“Yeah, I don’t want to keep it a secret either.” Reina said, “But what if we just make sure Tsunku just doesn’t find out?” she gave a small smirk.
Maki also smirked, “Or the press.” she added.
“Or Nacchi.”
Maki laughed lightly. “Alright, that sounds like a good plan.” she said, “But what does Nacchi have to do with this?”
“I dunno, she just kinda intimidates me a bit I guess.” Reina said, “She thinks kissing between girls is completely wrong.”
“You started a fight with Miki, but you’re intimidated by Nacchi?” Maki gave a small laugh.
“Heh. Weird, ain’t it?” Reina also laughed.
Within minutes, the two reached the filming studio and entered the building. Reina gave Maki a quick kiss before running off to the changing rooms. She had ten minutes to get ready.
“There you are!” Eri said with a laugh as Reina walked into the room. “Where have you been? I was going to call you soon.”
Reina scratched the back of her head, “Well, I was--”
“She was off having sex.” A voice said with a smirk, Reina quickly turned her head to see who it was, not believing her ears.
This was worse than Miki.
Yuko smirked, walking over to the two girls. “And with Maki, I’m guessing.”
Reina felt her face turn red. “Erm…How--”
She was cut off again by Yuko. “How do I know?” she asked, laughing, “It’s obvious, m’dear. Your hair has that ‘I-just-had-sex-and-am-late-for-work’ look, you’re blushing, and lets not forget those hickeys.”
“Wah?!” Reina asked, running over to the mirror. “How do you know what peoples hair looks like after that?”
“I’ve seen that exact look on my little Turtle here after I had a bit of fun with her.” Yuko put an arm around a now horribly blushing Eri.
“Yuuuko!!” Eri said, looking away from the two girls.
Reina had no clue what to say at that moment, so she simply started to try and fix her hair.
“You should cover those up.” Yuko said with a laugh, “Use this.” she tossed a bottle of cover-up makeup to Reina. “It worked well with Eri when she had them.”
“Yuuuko!!” Eri cried again, blushing even more.
“Aww, you’re so cute when you blush.” Yuko said with a grin, kissing Eri quickly before running off to get ready on the set.
Reina took the makeup, and applied it quickly, luckily it did work rather well. Eri sat down, the silence annoyingly awkward.
“So…You two really did it?” Eri asked suddenly.
“Did you?”
“Well…Uh, yeah.” Eri said, glancing at Reina. “…But isn’t she like four years older than you?”
“Looks who’s talking, she's sixteen years older than you.”
“At least we’re legal.”
Before Reina could come up with a response, Yossie walked into the room “You have two minutes to get out here.” she said to the two with a smile, “Glad you made it, Reina-chan.”
Reina nodded to the leader, and stood up, very thankful that she had time to fix herself up. Both Eri and herself grabbed their kindergarten uniform for the World Children’s Games and put them on.
“Why is Nakazawa-san here anyway?” Reina enquired as they walked onto the set.
“Because I’m your teacher today.” Yuko said with a grin.
“Great.” Reina mumbled, “Just great.”
“Aw, come on Reina-chan.” Eri said with a smile, “She’s not as bad as you think.”
“It’s not that.” Reina said, glaring in a certain direction, at a certain vampire who was now chatting with Yossie.
Eri looked from one yankii to the other with slight confusion. “You two get into an argument?”
“Something like that.” Reina said as Miki looked over at the wonky eyed teen, returning the glare with her own.
Reina and Eri sat down, and they started to film. The prize was doughnuts and they looked mighty delicious. Too bad they only got a little bit in the end, but Reina couldn’t help but to smile when she noticed Eri glancing at Yuko throughout the games whenever she spoke. Yet that smile quickly vanished when she noticed Miki’s little grab at Ai. That perverted demon seemed to put Reina in a horrid mood.
Although, throughout filming, she started to feel better. Yuko turned out to be the host for the main segment as well. It was a drawing game, and Reina was rather good at it. She even got sponge cake.
While filming the main segment though, Reina had to be next to Miki. Which almost killed her, and from the looks of it, Miki too. They refused to make eye contact with one another, and the one time their eyes met, it was a death glare from both sides while Yuko danced over to them.
Eri on the other hand, was having a lot of fun as she showed her interesting artwork (which looked very…original compared to the others), sang along with the songs, and the occasional glance at Yuko when the camera wasn’t looking. Reina was shocked that she hadn’t noticed them before, it was almost more than obvious the two had a thing for one another. But what shocked the wonky eyed girl even more was the fact that she started to see Eri and Yuko as a cute couple.
Before Reina had a chance to run off after filming, Eri told her that she should drop by and watch them film the News Segment. The turtle even promised that Reina would enjoy it, especially if she was pissed at Miki. A little amusement never hurt anybody. Plus, Maki was working at that time anyway.
Eri was right. Reina was amused.
Here she was, trying not to laugh while Miki Fujimoto was tied up in a chair, looking rather pathetic and helpless.
Yuko was taking Miki’s place, go figure. Reina personally thought that Yuko did a much better job than the vampire, it was like Maido Arii all over again.
After filming, Eri, Yuko, and Reina chatted before the couple ended up having to run off to do some errands.
Reina was just about to head out herself before a person stepped in front of her. “What are you doing here?” Miki said, trying to keep her tone normal but it ended up as a half growl.
“Eri wanted me to stop by.” Reina said, giving Miki a small glare. “Now let me through.”
“You’re lucky they showed up last night.”
“Damn right I am.” Reina said, pushing Miki aside as she started to walk towards the exit.
“You’re not leaving that easily.” Miki snatched the back of Reina’s shirt and shoved her into an empty room.
“Just because you don’t have Matsuura-san anymore doesn’t mean you have to try and get in my pants.”
Miki growled and shoved Reina against the wall. “I’ll kill you right here and now.”
“You know, you’re not very threatening with those clothes on.” Reina pointed out to Miki, who was still wearing her lolita outfit.
Miki punched the wall, centimeters from the teen’s head.
“Like I said, not so threatening.”
“Where’d you come up with a line like that?” Miki said, smirking. “Some American fan fiction about yourself?”
Reina pushed Miki away, but it caused a small amount of pain in her injured shoulder. She knew she couldn’t fight the vampire, so the best plan was to get away. She headed towards the door.
“Didn’t I tell you you’re not getting away that easily?” Miki stepped in front of the door, the only exit in the room.
“What do you want?” Reina snapped, “Didn’t you have enough fun beating the shit out of me last night, Lolita-chan?”
“Quit it with the nicknames.” Miki spat, twitching slightly.
Reina smirked slightly, she knew Miki hated those outfits. “Why don’t you go off to an anime convention? You’ll fit right in during the cosplay event.”
Before Miki could reply to, or hit, Reina, her cell phone started to ring. She picked it up and leaned against the door, reading the text.
“You’re lucky.” she spat, opening the door and headed for the changing rooms.
“Apparently luck’s on my side today.” Reina said, blinking a couple times as she left the building as quickly as she possibly could.
After a few minutes, Miki had also exited the building, rereading the text she received from Aya:
‘Let’s finish this.’
